2011 - The rebirth of Ultra Tech Frac Services began with the increasing demand for hydraulic fracturing in the Permian basin of West Texas specifically, the emergence of the Wolfberry and Sprayberry trends. Ultra Tech Frac Services secured a private investment from the investment bank headed by Graham Whaling and James Parkman, managing directors and cofounders of Houston-based private investment bank Parkman Whaling LLC.

2012 – Currently Ultra Tech Frac Services’ is one of the leading fracturing companies in the Permian Basin with a 18,000 HHP fleet and over 45 experienced employees. The Fleet is anchored by a Frac Data Trailer that has been customized and tailored to be the best. The industry often refers to Ultra Tech as “Old guys, new equipment”
